Kids Camp 2010

Kids Camp at the Vineyard - June 2-5, 2010
For Kids Who Have Completed 4th through 6th Grade

This year we're going to experience Summer Camp in a whole new way! We're combining all the usual experiences of camp with some wonderful mission opportunities! Campers will enjoy Bible study, worship, lake activities, a ropes course, and a fun day at Water World! Then we're going to put all that we learn into action as we "Serve Like Saints" in a variety of ministries:
 
  • Serve food and work in the food pantry at the Christian Mission Center
  • Help Calvary Baptist Church to distribute VBS flyers to the community
  • Visit residents at Enterprise Nursing Home
  • Assist the S.O.S. Animal Shelter with care of animals such as dog walking
  • Helping the Vineyard Retreat Center with needed maintenance like painting and beautification projects
  • Ministry to the military stationed at Ft. Rucker
 
Camp at The Vineyard promises to be a rewarding investment in helping to shape the character of our children as they learn to put the needs of others first!
